I have used Shane Stanak several times and each time he went out of his way to do a really good job and provided information that was above and beyond what I paid for. I highly recommend him for home inspections and wind mitigation reports.

We hired Stanek Inspections to inspect our soon to be home. They were great! Very thorough and broke down everything so that we understand. We received our report from the home and everything was explained perfectly. They took a lot of photos and recommended certain items to be addressed. I loved the honesty and professionalism. Shane was marvelous! Inspected a possible purchase for us. Thank goodness. The surface was so beautiful and seemed completed renovated but the structure was severly failing and the roof had soft spots and leaks. There was evidence of water intrusion. He took the time to look at absolutely EVERYTHING. I have bought several houses and have never had such a expert thorough inspection as this one. I just can't thank you enough. The customer service Roberta provided was also top of the line. I wouldn't choose anyone one else after dealing with them. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Shane is an expert inspector, who found issues that could've been a nightmare for me as a buyer, but due to his expertise in finding hidden problems, the seller fixed everything, including putting on a new roof! Reliable and dependable service. They arrived in a timely manner. Their inspections are priced reasonably. This is our second time we have used their services. Due to recent homeowner,s insurance rate hike crisis; we will once again call them for an inspection this coming year. They have the 4pt. Inspection which is good for one year but on occasion insurance companies will reused the previous year. They also have the wind mitigation inspection which is good for 5 years. Both inspections allow the homeowner substantial savings.

I needed a pre-drywall inspection ASAP and Stanek Inspections we’re not only professional, but able to accommodate the short notice within a couple days. I’m so glad I used them for our new build as he was very thorough and found some small and some major issues that I can now bring to our builder. They also have a neat program that creates a PDF file of all the notes he makes for your records and to send to my builder.

I placed my request for a inspection on line and literally within seconds the phone rang, It was Mrs. Stanek on the phone asking what they could help me with!!!! Incredible, that never happened before. We discussed what inspection I was in need of and she gave me a price which I thought was good so we then scheduled an appointment. Her husband, Shane arrived at my house exactly as scheduled!!! I discussed the inspection I was looking for and why. He immediately went to work and completed the inspection with all pictures required. Upon completion, he stated when he returned home that evening he would input all the information on the required forms and forward to me the next day with all pictures. The next morning as promised there it was, all the information on the proper forms with pictures, DONE!!!! HASSLE FREE, NO EXCUSES, DELAYS, etc. I sure wish all appointments went this smooth!! J.P.

They did not require payment in full before making the appointment and performing the service. That told us they were honest and would do a good job and they did. We highly recommend this company.
